This year I decided to do something. Something I’ve never done before. With the support of our incredible baby-sitters (aka- grandparents 🙏🏻), I snuck away to Mexico with my husband for a little time together before the busyness of the holidays truly set in. 🏖️

A chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect…something we don’t take for granted and are so incredibly grateful for. 🫶🏻

As the year comes to a close, my heart is full. To all of my wonderful clients and your families: thank you for your continued support, trust, and kindness throughout this year. It truly means more than you know. ❤️

This holiday season, my heart is so warm. ❤️

For the second year in a row, Haven Medi-Spa is honoured to support a local family in our community. Being able to give back in even a small way means so much to me, especially because this community has lifted me, believed in me, and supported my little business from day one. 🫶🏻

The Caring & Sharing Angel Tree - Food Bank is such a wonderful charity within our community that contributes towards enhancing the quality of life of our local residents. Bringing light and joy to those who need it most, especially during the holiday season. They are a special group of volunteers who deserve the upmost recognition for everything they do. Helping them help others truly means so much to me and has quickly become not only Haven Medi-Spa’s favourite tradition, but my families as well. 🙏🏻❤️

This was my very first year participating in our small-town Santa Claus Parade as a new business, and it truly filled my heart. ❤️ Seeing so many familiar faces, families bundled up with excitement, and kids waving with the biggest smiles made the experience unforgettable. I’m so grateful for the warm welcome Haven Medi-Spa has received since joining this amazing community almost two years ago. Thank you to everyone who came out, cheered, and made the day so magical, and a special shout out to my husband, his mom Sandy and our three beautiful children for being mama’s biggest helpers and supporters. I’m already looking forward to being a part of this tradition for years to come. 🎅❤️🎄

I have a case of the “excited Fridays” over here!! 🎉

I received a bottle of deliciousness from one of my most cherished clients for Christmas and.. I am now DEBT FREE from my business loan!! Yessss!!! What a feeling!! 💃💫🙌🏻

Another wonderful week here at Haven, in which I’m still in awe in saying- almost two years later. I’m feeling so grateful for the incredible clients who walk through my doors each and everyday. Your trust, loyalty, and kindness make every appointment meaningful, and I truly love what I do because of you. 🫶🏻
