𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗲 - 𝘜𝘵𝘬𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘢⠀

Chair pose is a standing yoga posture that strengthens the core and lower body. In this pose, the arms extend upward alongside the ears, while the knees bend as if sitting on an imaginary chair.⠀
This is an important pose in yoga for energizing the entire body and promoting creativity and mental strength.⠀

1. Begin at the top of your mat, big toes to touch with a bit of space between your ankles.⠀
2. Inhale send your arms overhead and your hips back as if you're sitting in a chair.⠀
3. Keeping your core engaged, shoulder down, biceps by your ears.⠀

Strengthens the ankles, thighs, calves, and spine. Stretches shoulders and chest while⠀
stimulating the abdominal organs, diaphragm, and heart.⠀
