Our Core Rehab class is designed for women, including those who are postpartum months or even years later. Your core can always be retrained, supported, and strengthened.
This 40-minute, mat-based class focuses on deep core strength, pelvic floor health, and rebuilding a strong connection to your body through intentional, functional movement. We use exercises like dead bugs and bird dogs, with blocks and light weights when helpful—quality over speed, always.
This work is powerful. It’s helped women feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their bodies—including Shawnna, who lost 50 lbs in 2025 by rebuilding her foundation through consistent core rehab.
