They prescribe for minor ailments, provide urgent access to medications, run immunization programs, conduct comprehensive medication assessments, and play a growing role in chronic disease management. Their accessibility makes pharmacists one of the most trusted and frequently consulted health-care providers in Canada.

Today, we celebrate their contributions—and reaffirm the need to continue expanding their scope so they can do even more for patients.
