It's time to Slow down...... Join Slowasana with Kelsey!!!

This will be a slow moving class focused on turning inward and slowing down. It is a Yin based practice with slow movements. We will create a meditative state where healing can take place. This class is simply an opportunity to breathe, feel and heal. We will enjoy a warm candle lit room, perfect for finding some coziness this spring

Not sure where to start?? Here is a great opportunity to join Beginner Yoga at OM Yoga Studio!!
When: Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm (Starts May 6th)

Class runs for 8 weeks for only $120! AND If you miss a class you can make it up by coming to any other class offered at OM by June 27th.

Beginner Yoga where the movement is slow and each movement is linked with breath. This gentle beginner yoga class is essentially what it sounds like—a gentler style of hatha yoga practice. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation. Modifications are done to help people of all levels enjoy the benefits of yoga without putting themselves at risk for injuries. There is a stronger emphasis on stretching, seated poses and low-impact movements.

Drop ins are still available for $19 per class.
This class will have an alternate instructor each week with Jackie Schlamp and Dan Wilvers leading the class.

Join FLOW AND RESTORE - Thursdays 7-8pm with Kelsey Rydberg!
Class commences Thursday May 7th
Investment: $120 for 8 weeks of classes

This class is about the balance that yoga can bring into our lives on and off the mat.
Come flow for the first half of class to bring fluidity and movement to the body. The Yang (active) practice involves flow of breath with movement to build heat, strength, stamina and stability.
Then find stillness and calm the body as we move through some Yin (passive) and very restorative poses that allow us to surrender deeply into stretches that release muscular tension and open connective tissues.
This is a great class for beginners or any yogi as modifications are always given. You can expect to leave this class feeling balanced, recharged and blissed. This will be a perfect balance of Yin and Yang energies.
Miss a week? NO PROBLEM!! Make it up by coming to any other class by June 27th 2026 OR take the class with you wherever you go by taking the class LIVE VIA ZOOM!

Late Spring 2026 Rejuvenating Chair Yoga classes available in studio or live with zoom for the comfort of your home.
Register for Tuesdays (7 weeks $70) and/or Thursdays (8 weeks $80) 11:00-11:45am. Drop ins are available for $19 a class.
Rejuvenating Chair Yoga begins on Tuesday May 5th and Thursday May 7th. (There is no class Tuesday June 9th)

This yoga class is designed for those with difficulty kneeling and balancing. Chairs and supported standing postures will be used to make the class as accessible as possible.
Although many people believe yoga is only for the young and flexible, we believe yoga is for EVERY body. In recent years, many studies of the practice of yoga have proven that yoga helps support the immune system, improves balance, strength, and flexibility, helps maintain cardiovascular health, improves joint health, and can help prevent memory loss. By reducing stress, both physical and mental, and through improved blood flow and strength, yoga promotes healing, reduces inflammation, supports bone health, improves posture, reduces stress on internal organs, and helps maintain range of motion in all joints.
This practice will be a supported standing practice designed for those with limited mobility and/or balance or those with injuries that prevent them from practicing on the floor. We will focus on stability, mobility, strength, individual modifications for injuries and deterioration of the joints, and relaxation. Oh yes... and having fun as a cOMmunity of yogis!

It took me a LONG TIME, to realize that my body was craving a balance between working hard/strengthening and relaxation.

Yogis get ready to meet the best of both worlds. Vinyasa for the first half of the class, building heat endurance, flexibility and strength in a supportive environment, encouraging the link between mindful body movement and the breath. Mellow out for the second half of class. This Yin Yoga portion of the class practices placing healthy, gentle, regenerative stress on the connective tissue of the body - tendons, ligaments, fascia. Postures are practiced carefully and mindfully and are held for longer periods of time to allow gradual and safe restoration of the connective tissue. This calm, beneficial practice is a great counter training to more active styles of yoga and helps to reduce aches, pains, and overall physical and mental tension and stress.

Join me, Kim Mayuk, Wednesday Mornings 9:30-10:45am for Vin & Yin. Class commences Wednesday Mary 6th and runs for 8 weeks for only $120.

STILL - AFTER 10 YEARS OF TEACHING YOGA...
This is where my passion lies....
My soul lights up when I teach Vinyasa.... this Is the yoga I first fell in love with and still am.
All of my young life I thought I had to break my body to achieve success. Dancing, running, whatever it may have been.... really any type of physical activity, I thought I wasn’t doing my best if I wasn’t physically exhausted or pushed to pain. I thought I wasn’t “trying hard enough” if it didn’t hurt.
You don’t need to break yourself, you are already good enough, you are already doing enough.
When I started practicing yoga, I discovered I could work my body in a completely new way. I didn’t have to push to pain or through it, I didn’t have to do just “one more”. I was already doing enough.....
I was able to listen, to feel, to open up to a new sense of WHAT DO I NEED?

From this firm foundation, we will flow, or maybe we will roll, but we will always move with compassion and mindfulness as we open our bodies, minds, and hearts to our practice. PILATES at OM Yoga Studio!!! Join Kim Mayuk for Human Reformer Pilates!!!

Did you know that we have been offering Human Reformer Pilates since September of 2025?

Human reformer is a mat-based workout that uses resistance bands to mimic the exercises of a traditional Pilates reformer machine. It focuses on core strength, posture, and alignment, using the body as the "reformer".
This pilates class will be accessible to all levels! We will all be starting, moving and growing together!
Two class time options and in studio or live zoom!
Mondays 12:10-12:50pm (Starts May 4th) $105 - 7 classes
Wednesdays 6:45-7:25am (Starts May 6th) $120 - 8 classes
Fridays 6:45-7:25am (Starts May 8th) $120 - 8 classes

If you are practicing with us from home you will need and extra long resistance band. Reach out if you need a band before beginning with us from home! Best part is you can take this workout with you wherever you go... and for $15 a class when you register... it just makes sense.

I am incredibly excited to be launching my 4th Aerial Yoga Teacher Training! This 30hr program qualifies for YACEC.

This Aerial Yoga Teacher Training takes place over 4 days which will help develop your confidence and skills as a knowledgeable Aerial Yoga Instructor. This course will teach you a large foundation of postures and movement sequences to use as a building block to expand your knowledge when you being teaching. You are always encouraged to incorporate your own touch in your cues, sequencing and transitions, as well as to share your insights and experiences in class.

This course consists of 30 training hours, including lectures, aerial classes, practical teaching, quizzes and a final project.

Students will receive a manual with over 100 different Aerial Yoga postures, variations and modifications. Students are encouraged to take notes, pictures and videos of training for future reference.
We will cover:
Principles of Yoga & Aerial Yoga
Anatomy & Alignment
The fundamentals of Aerial Yoga including correct transitions into / out of asanas
Key benefits of each pose
Progressions
Common mistakes and how to avoid them
Supportive modifications
Teaching Methodology
Creating space, and connection to students
Safety, warnings and contraindications
Structure of the class
Sequencing
Rigging / hanging of the aerial silk
Graduates will either receive an Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Certificate accredited by Yoga Alliance for Continuing Education hours, or a Certificate of completion (if they have not completed a 200hr YTT).
Aerial silks/hammocks will be provided for use for Teachers in training.

Guys, have you ever been interested in trying yoga, but just couldn't quite bring yourself to the studio for a class?

This practice is for the guys. Men have been doing yoga since the millennia. Yoga studios, however, seem to have become foreign environments for most men. If you ever been interested in trying yoga, but just couldn't quite bring yourself to the studio for a class or ever wanted to find more mobility, more strength, or less tension somewhere in your body or ever needed to find a way to quiet your mind, this practice is for you. In this practice, we will focus on basic yoga principles and postures that encourage balance, alignment, and flexibility. This practice will be designed to help you increase awareness in your daily movements, give you some yogic tools for your toolkit, help you find greater ease, flexibility, and balance in your body and your life, and help you find your place in the yoga studio! Anyone is welcome. This practice is suitable for all levels, beginner to advanced.

Although this practice will be designed as a introduction to yoga for men, anyone is welcome.

She has studied under or practiced with numerous yogis including, Jonathan Foust, Baxter Bell, Rashmi Sue Jenkins, Martha Abbot, Sudha Lundeen, Ryan Leier, and Colin Hall. Her style encourages everyone to connect with their inner wisdom, find their own strength and ease, and thus their own yoga practice.
