Dr Holman's Postpartum Exercise Rehabilitation Class is designed to help you safely rebuild strength, confidence, and function after having a baby. 🤍
This class focuses on helping with:

✔️ Core weakness & abdominal separation
✔️ Low back pain
✔️ Hip and pelvic pain
✔️ Posture changes from feeding and carrying baby
✔️ Safe return to exercise
Through guided exercises and education, you’ll learn how to reconnect with your core, strengthen your pelvic floor, and move without pain — all in a supportive environment with other moms going through the same stage.
