I hold you in the high vibrational space of unconditional love allowing healing to take place. We all deserve to live with peace and serenity. The healing is between you and your Higher Power. I am a compassionate conduit for these healing vibrations and assist you on your path. Each treatment is as unique as the client seeking healing. I intuitively blend holistic techniques and healing modalities as the session progresses. Clients report relief from physical pain and emotional dis-ease. Faulty thoughts and emotions become stuck in our bodies creating uncomfortable and painful conditions. Trauma isn’t what happened to you, it is what happened in you. Certifications for your peace of mind include Reiki Master Holy Fire III, Colour and Sound Healer, Advanced Theta Healer, Access Bars Practitioner, Compassionate Inquiry , Spiritual Healer, Nutritional Consultant and Bachelor of Metaphysical Science. I am a member of the Canadian Reiki Association and adhere to their standards and code of ethics.

Well today was a very special day !First greetings from friends and family , and coffee and a Michael's cinnamon bun with Bryan. I went to work which always fills my happy meter. Then I stopped by the Estevan Humane Society to officially adopt sweet Lilly. Yep...foster fail ! I couldn't think of a better birthday present. I am feeling very loved and grateful 💕 A great start to the next trip around the sun. ♏️ 🦂 🌞 🌙

Today is Overdose Awareness Day. The numbers are staggering. The bottom photo was from an event I attended in Regina in 2020. Each cross is held by a Mom who lost her child to an overdose. I wonder how large that group would be 5 years later. Heartbreaking. Never forget each number represents somebody's someone. Sending love to those who struggled and lost and to their friends and family .
