UPDATE Oscar has found a home!

This poor fella was brought to us after being found in a garbage can in a park. He was hot, sick and emaciated! He has spent a couple weeks recovering and is now ready to go to a new home! "Oscar" is shy but very affectionate once he warms up to you. Loves to purr and rub on you! He is gaining weight and feeling much better! Looking for a wonderful home!
