My Story

Tension cannot be forced out of a muscle. With firm but gentle hands I guide the body back into its natural state, which is relaxation.

I currently use Cupping therapy, hot stones, reflexology, reiki, gua sha, aromatherapy and meditation during my massage sessions or completely on their own. I also perform perinatal massage and lymphatic drainage. I believe in treating the body, mind and soul together and not only addressing the problem, but getting to the root of it to find out where it originates and how to prevent it from reoccurring. I generally have a lighter touch than some therapists and that's because I believe relaxation is an essential part of healing.
