Our Story

There are tremendous benefits from regular massage therapy treatments. Whether your need is to have a moment of relaxation, reduce muscle tension or attain relief from chronic pain, a therapeutic massage can enhance your overall sense of emotional and physical well-being. Registered Massage Therapists Christine Harris and Sotiria Kollias are trained to offer a variety of techniques to the massage clients in our office, including deep tissue, Swedish, remedial and relaxation massages. Prenatal massages using our prenatal tables and hot stone massages are also available, too! Christine is interested in holistic therapy and incorporates hot stones and reflexology during massage sessions. She also specializes in perinatal lymphatic drainage and uses cupping therapy, derived from Chinese medicine, to help her clients. Christine generally has a lighter touch than some therapists because she believes relaxation is an essential part of healing. Sotiria brings a vast array of techniques from her many years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist and provides an invigorating deep tissue massage.
