We couldn’t be more proud of our staff here at The Old Bistro. Sydney said on Friday night while accepting her award that it’s more like a family here and we agree. There’s been a few girls to come and go throughout the years and we’ve considered them all to be like family. We wouldn’t be where we are today without you all and without all of our lovely amazing clients, thank you so much for supporting us through the years.
Now for the major shout out… Nicole Heck! I mean there’s not enough space to tell you all how incredible she truly is🩷 Anyone who knows Nicole knows how hard she works but I’ve had the pleasure of working with Nicole for many many years now and I get to see the behind the scenes action. From getting to the shop at 6am to start baking, to working a full day with clients, to finishing the day off with errands and books and taking care of her home as well. I’m not sure when Nicole finds the time to sleep! She is kind and compassionate and will do whatever is needed to help out in anyway she can, from the countless fundraisers she donates to and the many boards she’s on, she really is one of a kind.
When Nicole decided to start up this business I blindly followed her (let’s get serious she’ll never get rid of me). I have learned so much from her and couldn’t imagine working along side anyone else. I’ve been extremely lucky to be apart of this amazing FAMILY that we call The Old Bistro and it wouldn’t be an excellent workplace without an excellent leader! So congratulations to The Old Bistro staff and an even bigger congratulations to Nicole for being excellent.
