We just realized last week that we have been in this space for three years yesterday! I know everybody says it, but it’s honestly hard to believe where three years goes. But it is the living in day-to-day. It’s a joy for us to sit with individuals, families, and children everyday… Sometimes in the hardest moments and sometimes in the most celebratory moments. From difficult diagnoses, to celebratory hugs to watching families expand, and people experiencing freedom in their lives. Grief and sadness to joy and freedom everyday… it’s the human experience and it’s LIVING. It’s why Christina and I got into this in the first place, because of the renewed life that we have experienced in our own stories. We are so grateful for each of you and to be apart of your daily lives.✨.

In the winter light is minimal and some may struggle with symptoms of altered mood, more brain fog, less alertness, sluggishness and more! Light is crucial for our health and if we can’t receive enough from the sun there are other sources of support! ✨ We Have a NEW Red Light Therapy System at Fairview Health Collective! ✨
You may have heard that we recently introduced a new Red Light Therapy system in our clinic — and we’re so excited about it.
Because red light therapy is still relatively new for many people, it can be confusing to understand how one system differs from another. That’s why we take the time to carefully research the quality, science, and effectiveness of every piece of equipment we bring into our clinic.

We are open this week with our regular hours and services! To schedule massage or red light therapy you can do so by calling or scheduling online at .janeapp.com. For osteopathic manual therapy you can schedule by calling (780) 835-8406.
If you have a scheduled appointment and need to cancel we ask for at last 24 hours notice so we can fill the appointment. Otherwise we will need to implement our cancellation policy. We look forward to seeing each of you in the New Year!

This year looked like going on trips for both Carrie and I to continue our education, having our sister and nieces help out some in the summer, teaching breath classes, and continuing our work with our patients. We continue to feel so humbled and blessed by the support of our community and each of you (our patients). Happy New Year and we are excited to continue our mission of serving our community in 2026🎊

Merry Christmas to all of you! We are so grateful for your support this last year. Truly we are so blessed by you all and learn from each of you! We are closed for the rest of this week and will open Dec 29-31 for limited hours. We will be checking messages then. We will also have limited red light openings available those days. We hope each of you will take time to slow down, be present with family and those who support you, and receive rest during this time. We are signing off to be present with our family and slow down for a few days. Merry Christmas!
