By appointment only, no walk-in service available. Please call or text 780-834-7638 to book your time! Jewel Giesbrecht graduated with honours from Lethbridge College in 2011. She is a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada and an eligible therapist for insurance benefits. Therapeutic Massage benefits everyone in some way. Athletes gain power, stamina, range of motion and decreased recovery time. Weekend warriors gain the above plus decrease the aches and pains of being very active for a few days at a time. Office workers gain freedom from the shoulder and arm issues stemming from computer work and a high stress job. Tradesmen gain muscle power, strength, range of motion and a decreased occurrence of elbow tendonitis. Students gain decreased stress and tension associated with long study sessions and time in a desk. Everyone can gain fewer muscle related aches and pains, quicker healing from muscle injury, decrease pain from arthritis, scoliosis, and other skeletal issues. Indirect benefits of Therapeutic Massage include a healthier lymphatic and circulatory system and decreased stress.
