I have something exciting I’m ready to share. Starting Wednesday June 9th I will be holding Yoga Nidra classes on Zoom. Not only will we be doing a live Zoom Yoga Nidra but also you will receive a pre recorded YouTube video of the Nidra’s to keep forever. This series of classes will also be accompanied by an informed email every week about the Moon. During “Resting with the Moon Series” we will move through each cycle of the 4 phase system. We will move through one class a week starting with the New Moon then Waxing, Full & Waning Moon.
Yoga Nidra is often referred to as “Yogic sleep," or “sleep for the Yogi”. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. The practice allows the body to deeply relax while the mind stays inwardly alert. The student gets into a comfortable supported position, relaxes and listens to guided instructions to move the consciousness through different layers of being. No movement is done during this practice. So using pillows, blosters and blankets are welcomed. Being in you own bed may be lovely as well. If you fall asleep, that’s ok, consciously you are still listening. You may notice that you slip in and out of sleep and that’s ok too.
They say that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equal to 2-5 hours of sleep.

Live classes are 45 min - 1 hour and recordings are 35 -45 minutes
Investment $125 for Series (4classes) or $35 per class
