My Name is Sarah Rose and I am a Personal Training Specialist, CPR & AED certified as well as Trigger Point Level 1, Active Aging Specialist, and Thai Yoga Stretch Therapist. I recently attained my On-Line Personal Training Certification as well to expand and serve those from distance locations.
I spent 16 years working as an Educational Assistant. I Grew up loving dance classes and community sports. Living an active and healthy lifestyle is extremely important, especially as you move through the years of life, you will find that it becomes even more important for maintaining emotional and spiritual balance. Fitness is of the best ways to celebrate life, as well as managing other things like Stress, Anxiety, Depression and Symptoms of Trauma.
