🥗 Meal Prep Recipes: Easy Mason Jar Salads for the Week

📝 Ingredients:
- 4 mason jars
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup mixed greens
- 1/4 cup roasted nuts or seeds

👩‍🍳 Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
2. Layer the mason jars with the dressing at the bottom, followed by cherry tomatoes, cucumber, shredded chicken, feta cheese, mixed greens, and nuts or seeds on top.
3. Seal the jars and refrigerate.
4. When ready to eat, simply shake the jar to coat the salad with the dressing or pour it into a bowl for serving.

🫕 1 cup ricotta cheese

🥛 1/2 cup milk ( I used almond)

🥚 4 large eggs

🥄 1 tsp vanilla extract

🍁 1/4 cup granulated sugar ( I used maple syrup )

🥣 1 cup all purpose flour ( I used a mix of brown rice and almond flour)

🥄 1 tbsp baking powder

🧈 Butter for pan cooking.

My Name is Sarah Rose and I am a Personal Training Specialist, CPR & AED certified as well as Trigger Point Level 1, Active Aging Specialist, and Thai Yoga Stretch Therapist. I recently attained my On-Line Personal Training Certification as well to expand and serve those from distance locations.

I spent 16 years working as an Educational Assistant. I Grew up loving dance classes and community sports. Living an active and healthy lifestyle is extremely important, especially as you move through the years of life, you will find that it becomes even more important for maintaining emotional and spiritual balance. Fitness is of the best ways to celebrate life, as well as managing other things like Stress, Anxiety, Depression and Symptoms of Trauma.

I decided to make a difference in the lives of Women and Girls through Fitness Education and Support through Personalized Fitness Programs and Personal Training Programs Live and Online.
