I found a photo of me at 21, proudly holding my nursing degree, thinking I had life all figured outโฆ ๐ Spoiler: I didnโt.
If I could talk to that girl now, Iโd have way more than 12 things to say ๐but these definitely make the list:
๐Wear your sunscreen every single day โ yes, even when it's cloudy
๐Stop overplucking your eyebrows! They wonโt grow back like you think.
๐Ditch the fake-and-bake tanning beds & baby oil ๐ซฃ โ your skin will thank you in 20 years.
๐Always take your makeup off before bed. No excuses.
๐Drink more water โ youโre not a cactus.
๐Be kind to yourself โ life can be messy, but youโre tougher than you think.
๐Follow your gut โ itโs smarter than your brain sometimes.
๐Travel more โ collect memories, not stuff.
๐Donโt change who you are or what you believe for anyone.- the right people will love you for you
๐People will come into your life for a reason โ some are lessons, some are blessings.
๐Laugh a lot, love hard, and live life to the fullest โ no regrets, just experiences.
๐Back yourself, take risks, and remember: youโre capable of more than you think.
๐People are going to talk no matter what, so you may as well give them something to talk about ๐
From nurse to medical spa owner, mom to two beautiful girls, stable with a good man, surrounded by amazing friends and family, and finally confident in who I am โ lifeโs been messy, wild, beautifulโฆ and I wouldnโt change a single thing.
