SomaBells is a revolutionary blend of kettlebell training and somatic awareness practices that nurture your body, mind, and heart.

Together, we’ll move beyond traditional fitness into a holistic practice that builds strength, resilience, and connection from the inside out.

Strength + Somatics are blended and titrated through every class. You’ll train the five movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, and core) plus conditioning, power, mobility, and flexibility.

Movement is stress, and that’s the point: we use it to mimic a stress cycle so you can notice your patterns and practice recovery.

SomaBells uses movement as a mirror to grow awareness of how your body responds to stress, then helps you build your own unique, body-wisdom-based tools to meet life’s challenges with more ease and control.

Now offering these classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8am.

Or from the comfort of your home joining online on Wed and Fri at 7:45am.
