They happen when you move them, wake them up, and give them space to work as nature intended.

It doesn’t have to be complicated. Walk barefoot when you can, spread your toes, roll them, stretch them, play with them.

Small steps add up. And the more you reconnect with your feet, the more your whole body will thank you.
