Grand River Physiotherapy - conveniently located on Hwy 6 in Fergus - has been providing Centre Wellington and surrounding communities with expert care since 1999. clinic has a loyal following of patients who have come to recognize and trust the difference in quality care. Whether you have sustained an injury at work, in a motor vehicle accident, playing a sport, or just through everyday activities, we can help! We treat a wide variety of conditions including neck and back pain, shoulder and hip injuries, osteoarthritis, knee and ankle sprains, and headaches. Our physiotherapists have also pursued continuing education in less common conditions such as dizziness, jaw pain, and balance difficulties (preventing falls). We offer comprehensive assessment and treatment plus follow-up with our patients after discharge, ensuring that you will be taken care of every step of the way.

Congratulations to Siddhi, our team member of the quarter!

Even though Siddhi has only been with our team since January she has been instrumental in helping us out at both our Tower St. and Trailside locations. Siddhi has willingly stepped into the role of office manager at Trailside, quickly learning all that comes with the job. She is always extremely pleasant with patients and our team. She is able to think on her feet and be a problem solver, something that we appreciate!

We wish her all the best with her PhD endeavours in the Fall and a heartfelt thank you from all of us at Grand River Physio!

Congratulations to Alex, our Team Member of the Quarter!

Alex has stepped up and filled some big shoes within our administration team over the last few months! Alex started with our team in August 2024 and is now leading our administrative training for both of our locations and doing an amazing job! Alex is always willing to help out clients and team members alike, going the extra mile to make sure the office runs smoothly. Everday she has a smile on her face and has a willingness to help out and answer any question that anyone may have.

Congratulations Mary-Lou on your retirement!

We are SO grateful to Mary-Lou for being such an integral part of our community over the last 24 years! Mary-Lou embodies what our clinics are about: a caring, friendly team member who is always willing to go above and beyond for anyone at any time. We do not think of Mary-Lou as an “employee” but as a friend and even though we will miss her dearly, we are excited for her to start her new retirement adventures of family time, crafting, dog walking and travels!
