Ridgeline Physio Physiotherapy Clinic in Fernie, BC. We believe everyone should have a space to feel comfortable and confident in their rehabilitation and fitness journey.

We Specialize in general musculoskeletal injuries, concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, falls prevention, and injury prevention. We started Ridgeline Physio as a way to support the community in living healthy active lives and to allow everyone within the community to engage in life in a way that is meaningful to them. From older adults working on fall prevention to optimizing the body for high-performance athletics, no goals are too big or too small to participate. Ridgeline Physio focuses on creating an inclusive space for everyone no matter your physical ability, medical history, race, age, or gender. We believe not only in rehabilitation, but in taking a proactive approach to health, and ensuring that we an use evidence-based approach to minimize injury risk in the first place. Return to Sport Testing should be an objective testing process in physio.

In this case the athlete was:
🌟98-102% strength of his surgical leg compared to his non-surgical leg in both hamstring and quad strength
🌟No pain or swelling
🌟 Full Range of Motion
🌟All Jump testing tests within 97-102% of his non-surgical leg
🌟 Able do to all tasks that mimic the sport he is going back to

We want to formally welcome Olivia to our team. Olivia specializes in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. We are so excited to have Olivia as part of our team!

"Hi Fernie! I’m Olivia, a physiotherapist from New Zealand and excited to be joining the team at Ridgeline Physio.

I completed my training at the University of Otago and have worked in musculoskeletal private practice treating a broad range of conditions back in New Zealand.

I’m passionate about helping people understand their bodies so they can take an active role in their recovery.

Outside the clinic, I’m part of the Ski Patrol team at Fernie Alpine Resort and enjoy spending my time skiing, mountain biking, and trail running. Stoked to be here and looking forward to meeting you all! 🚴⛰️❄️ "

A “Thrift Store Formal” Event to celebrate an amazing women’s community of cyclists in Fernie!

Thank you to all the riders who came out this summer! We ran open-invite and inclusive bike rides for close to 30 weeks this summer with over 150 women participating in our events, and 10-35 women out for each ride.

Thank you to our ride leaders and organizations for your commitment, it would not be possible without you.
