If you’ve visited Spa 901, chances are you’ve been welcomed by Vanessa - our incredible Guest Services Manager and the heart behind so many seamless spa days.

Vanessa will be celebrating 5 years with Spa 901 this May, bringing with her over 25 years of customer service experience. What she loves most about her role? Helping facilitate and coordinate those beautiful moments of joy and relaxation for our amazing community of clients.

Her favourite treatments?
Hot Stone Massage - the most indulgent experience
Pedicures - because who doesn’t love fresh, pretty toes?
