Worry has a way of pulling us out of the present moment, into a future that may never happen. When we let our thoughts spiral into “what ifs,” we trade today’s peace for tomorrow’s imagined problems.
The truth is, most of what we fear never comes to pass. And even if challenges do arise, we will meet them with the strength, wisdom, and resources we have in that moment—not with the anxious energy we drain from ourselves now.
Every time we catch ourselves in worry, we have a choice: to return to the breath, the beauty, and the blessings of this very moment. This is where life is happening. This is where joy lives.
