Join us for a wonderfully relaxing afternoon honouring the maternal energy deeply woven into each of us. This day is about honouring the nurturing, caring, courageous mother goddess within. It doesn't matter what societal role you have played; biological, step, adoptive, guardian, grand, auntie, friend... this afternoon is about honouring you and the women in your life who embody this maternal love.

Two different times to choose from.
One amazing experience!

Settle into stillness, while hot basalt stones are placed over loose fitting clothing and you are immersed in the gentle healing vibrations of himalayan bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, tuning forks, and more! Enjoy a Reiki infused Ayurveda Face Massage and finish our time together in community enjoying homemade scones, sipping tea.

Absolutely no yoga experience is required.
Everything is provided: mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, blocks.

Spend a lovely afternoon connecting to intentions and self as we welcome Spring together.

Begin your afternoon in community with like minded people, setting intentions and digging your hands into dirt as you engage in a make-n-take activity, planting your intentions and crystal stones in a planter you take home.

Then call in those intentions as you settle into restorative postures supported by bolsters, blocks, blankets and pillows while Crystal guides you into a deep state of relaxation with a yoga nida script specially written for the day infused with therapeutic vibrations.
Enjoy an Ayurveda face massage before sinking deeper into your parasympathetic nervous system with an immersive sound journey.
Finish the afternoon off with tea & snacks, pulling cards and chatting amongst new friends.

Join Crystal for this immersive, deeply relaxing experience. Settle into supported restorative postures while hot basalt stones are gently placed over loose fitting clothing.
These postures are held for several minutes while you are immersed in the therapeutic vibrations of himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, tuning forks and more. "Serenity" A Hot Stone Restorative & Sound Experience has been embraced by so many since it launched in December. I am deeply grateful 🙏

I am so blessed to be able to do this work and put my heart into all my offerings. Serenity is something I have been working on for over a year now. It is my hope you feel my heart and intention from the minute you step into the space, that you feel a sense of safety and meet yourself deeper than when you walked in. When you leave, I hope you feel rested, restored and grounded with a deeper connection to yourself and the community around you. That you can breath easier and move through life with a little more strength, optimism and self-love and that your well-being helps you better support the people close to you.

This is so much more than just some postures, stones and sound. This is a step in nervous system support, a step in fundamental changes within you. A step alongside like minded people.

"Serenity for Sovereignty of Self" Retreat - The Year of the Fire Horse

This is an intimate retreat, limited to 10 people and designed to help bring you into deeper alignment through self- acceptance, self- discovery, self- improvement and self-love as we move into the new lunar year, the year of the Fire Horse.

Enjoy our signature "Serenity" experience resting in deeply relaxing restorative postures enhanced by hot stones placed over clothing, a special Ayurveda face massage or head massage (you choose) and immersed in therapeutic vibrations of himalayan bowls, chimes, drums and more.

This intimate setting creates a safe space to explore and embrace guided journal prompts around self- acceptance, discovery and improvement, write a love letter to yourself and gain insight for moving forward with more love, more grounding and more clarity with a guided card pulling spread and discussion.

Finish off with an Ayurvedic tea, snacks, community and a gentle forest walk, weather & time pending. Space is limited to 10 people.
