If your body has been feeling stiff, tense, or tired lately, this may be a supportive place to begin.

My online somatic movement classes start this week, and they’re designed for real people living real lives — not flexible bodies, not fitness culture, and not pushing through discomfort.

We move slowly and gently, helping the nervous system settle and the body release habitual tension patterns. Many people notice improved comfort, easier movement, and a greater sense of connection to themselves.

Classes are beginner-friendly, done from home, and accessible to different ability levels.

Two live class time options are offered each week (morning or evening), and recordings are available if you miss a session.

If this sounds like something your body has been asking for, you’re welcome to join us.

Getting set up for Ladies’ Day at Beaver Valley Ski Club this morning 💛

I’ll be one of the practitioners offering gentle 10-minute restorative
bodywork sessions as part of this incredible women’s event — over 400
women gathering for a day of movement, connection, mountain air, and
celebration.

These short sessions are designed to help the body settle, release
tension, and reset the nervous system — especially lovely after
activity or simply as a pause in a full day.

Grateful to be part of something that brings women together in
strength, fun, and support. Looking forward to a beautiful day of
calm, connection, and caring touch ✨

I care deeply about creating spaces where people can move without pressure.

So many of us are used to overriding our bodies — pushing through, holding tension, trying to “do it right.”

The work we do in these classes is different.

We move slowly.
We listen.
We let the body soften instead of forcing it to change.

It’s less about exercise and more about coming back into a
relationship with yourself.

My next online somatic movement series begins in February. If you’re
feeling the need for something gentler, this space may be for you.

These classes are for you if…

• You feel stiff, tight, or sore and want to move gently
• You’re tired of pushing your body and want to listen instead
• You want to move in a way that supports your nervous system
• You don’t feel “flexible enough” for traditional classes
• You want something slow, accessible, and respectful of where you are

Somatic movement isn’t about performance or achievement. It’s about reconnecting with your body, releasing habitual tension, and moving with more ease in everyday life.

My online classes begin in February and are designed to meet you exactly where you are — no experience needed.

If this speaks to you, you’re very welcome to join us 🤍

Many people are curious about somatic movement but aren’t sure where to start.

My online classes are designed to be slow, accessible, and nervous-system–led — especially helpful if your body has been holding patterns for a long time.

I’m beginning a new online series in early February, and these classes are appropriate for both new and returning students.

Many people come to somatic work thinking they need to fix their body.

What we actually work with is the nervous system — the part of you that learned how to hold, brace, protect, and adapt over time.

When the nervous system feels safe enough, the body doesn’t need to work so hard.

This is the foundation of how I work in both private sessions and classes.

Move gently this winter.

Winter can be a natural time to slow down, listen more closely, and tend to ourselves with a little extra care.

My online somatic movement classes begin in February, offering a gentle way to reconnect with your body, ease held tension, and establish a rhythm of movement that supports you — not just on the mat, but in your everyday life.

Classes are designed to meet you where you are, helping your body soften, reset, and respond more easily to the stresses of daily living.

Two live class times are offered each week (morning or evening). You choose one to attend for the series, with flexibility to switch between them as needed. Audio recordings are always available.

If you feel called to move with more ease this winter, I’d love to have you join me.

Happy New Year!

I took a little winter pause, and this January newsletter feels like a soft return 🤍

I’m sharing reflections, gratitude, and what’s gently unfolding as the year begins.

If you’d like to read along, it’s here ⬇️

January often arrives with a lot of expectation — new plans, fresh starts, forward motion. This year, for me, it’s been more about a gentle re-entry.

This season has been asking me to slow down.

We’re spending the holidays tucked away in my cozy little cabin in the woods — no electricity, no running water, and just enough simplicity to truly rest.

As the year winds down, I’ve been reflecting on how much our bodies carry, and how important it is to honour the quieter pace this season invites.

I shared a gentle year-end reflection and a few winter updates in my latest newsletter. If you feel called to slow down too, you’ll find the link in my bio. 🤍

Wishing you a peaceful close to the year.

As the year winds down, I shared a gentle reflection, some gratitude, and a few winter updates in my latest newsletter. If you feel called to slow down and see what’s unfolding in the new year, you’re welcome to read it here 💛

If this note feels a little later than usual, that feels fitting somehow. This season often invites us to soften timelines, loosen expectations, and meet ourselves exactly where we are.

Have you been to Utopia yet? 🌟 We're so lucky to have The Utopia Market in our area! 🤩

Today, they're hosting a Vendor Fair from 12-3 PM, and it's going to be amazing! 🎉 I'll be there with my handcrafted essential oil blends, but there are many other local vendors to check out too! 🛍️

Come sample some treats, hear the stories behind the products, and support our local community.

The market is gorgeous, with a warm bakery, farm fresh produce, and thoughtfully chosen sustainable goods.

Let's strengthen our community relationships and support local talent! 💚 See you soon!
