Heartburn, indigestion, bloating… we have an easy solution.

We have lost our critical thinking.

Somewhere along the way, humanity stopped questioning the insanity right in front of us.

We spray our food with chemicals strong enough to kill insects, fungi, weeds, and soil life…
and then we pretend that somehow we are magically immune.
We call it “normal.” We call it “safe.” We call it “modern agriculture.”

No.
It’s biologically impossible.

There is no such thing as
“a little bit of toxicity can’t harm me.”

Every molecule matters.
Your cells don’t shrug it off.
Your mitochondria don’t laugh it away.
Your hormones don’t negotiate with poison.
Your liver doesn’t get a day off.

Toxins accumulate.
They alter enzymes, hijack pathways, inflame tissues, destabilize the brain, weaken immunity, and quietly push people toward chronic illness/autoimmune disease.

Not overnight, but drip by drip, dose by dose.

We’ve been trained to ignore the obvious.
To trust the system instead of our biology.
To normalize what no other animal in nature would ever tolerate.

If insects refuse to eat it…
why are humans proudly serving it for dinner?

Wake up.

Something powerful is happening in classrooms… and now the BBC is talking about it.

Last month, we launched our 8-week 9D School Programme, led by Mick, who is a UK based 9D facilitator and the lead of our school programme designed to impact the lives of young students.

Why we’re bringing 9D into schools?
Because emotional overwhelm, shutdown, stress, and dysregulation don’t magically start at adulthood. Kids feel it too, they just don’t get the language or tools to deal with it.

So we built something different.
Across the programme, students experience immersive 9D journeys custom made for schools, each one created to help them reach specific mental, emotional, and behavioural goals.

And every part of this programme is measured.
Real data. Real outcomes. Real shifts.

Even in these early stages, teachers are reporting calmer classrooms, more regulated responses, and students who are finally starting to understand what’s happening inside their bodies.

And here’s the truth:
Most adults who find breathwork say the same thing, “I wish I’d learned this as a child.”

We agree.

Skills like regulation, awareness, and emotional resilience shouldn’t be something people only discover after years of struggling. They should be foundational. They should start early.

That’s what this programme is about.
Not a quick fix, but skills for life.

We’re excited for the full results.
More importantly, we’re excited for what this could mean for the future of mental and emotional education.
