Of all the 6 signs of progression this one is very important. One that we all need to have daily as our Pilates practice doesn't progress in an straight line, but with ups and downs like everyday situations.

Slowly it all makes sense- the intentional deliberate pace that
challenges your presence and patience and makes the movements
more focused, controlled and challenging. Instead of muscling through,
you find the most efficient and effective way to connect with your body.
