With inclement weather on the way, here is a quick reminder about our policy:

Physical Studio Closure: If local schools are closed, the physical studio is closed. This is for the safety of our staff and clients.

Virtual Classes: Mat classes will automatically move to virtual sessions. Virtual private sessions can be arranged—please reach out!
