What “Reflect Reset Renew” Means to Us

When I was first dreaming about opening my own practice, I knew I wanted the name to carry meaning — something that captured what healing really looks like. A close friend of mine actually helped me land on Reflect Reset Renew, and from the moment I said it out loud, it just fit.
For me, it represents the stages we all move through when we’re healing or growing — because true change doesn’t happen all at once.
Reflect — We start by pausing. Looking inward. Gaining awareness of what’s been working, and what hasn’t. It’s about honesty, compassion, and curiosity about our own stories.
Reset — This is where we begin to let go. Shedding old patterns, beliefs, or ways of coping that no longer serve us. It’s often uncomfortable — but it’s where the shift begins.
Renew — Finally, we rebuild. We create new meaning, new beliefs, and new ways of showing up that align with who we truly are. This is the stage where growth starts to feel steady, grounded, and real.
That’s what I wanted therapy at Reflect Reset Renew to embody — a space that honours the process, not just the outcome. Healing isn’t linear. It’s layered, messy, and deeply human.
Every day, I see our clients and our team moving through these stages — reflecting, resetting, and renewing in their own ways — and I’m reminded why this name, and this work, mean so much.
