Bethesda and Brock University’s PhD program in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) are teaming up to offer a free 12-session caregiver sleep training program for families with children 3–12 years old.

This program helps build practical sleep skills like:

• Consistent bedtime routines
• Falling asleep faster and earlier
• Staying asleep throughout the night
• Sleeping independently

Families will complete a short screening to confirm eligibility.

Exciting news!
Our first Safety-Care for Families workshops are now open for registration!

If you are supporting a child, youth or adult with challenging behaviours, these workshops can help you feel more confident and prepared.

In this one-day Essentials Training, you will learn:
✅ How to recognize early signs of distress and prevent escalation
✅ Effective verbal and non-verbal strategies to calm, redirect, and support your child
✅ Core safety principles to protect both caregiver and child during high-risk situations
✅ Practical tools to build stronger relationships and support emotional regulation

Families who complete the Essentials workshop can then access additional Physical Safety and Physical Management modules when they are ready. These follow-up workshops include monthly RBA support so you can continue building skills and confidence at home.
