Why not try something different? Instead of reaching for that drink, that smoke, or hiding beneath the covers—stay with it. Don’t rush to soothe it with food or outrun it with distractions. Let yourself be like the moon, gently pulling the tides of your emotions. Sit with what you feel, allow it to rise and fall within you, knowing that just like the moon, your light will return even in the darkest of nights. Trust in the process—feeling it fully is the path to finding your own peace. ✨🤍

It is with humility and grace that I let my past, present and future patients know that Willow Tree Healing House will be closed until further notice. Not sure how long, but it will be as long as it takes.

I am settling into a long winters hibernation of: home, self-care, recharge, refocus and simply surrendering to how my body, mind & soul feels….
~I need a break.

For those patients who need medicine, I am still here for you, please contact me for refills and I still will be honouring any events or clinics I have previously committed to in the next few months.

I can resonate with Anne, as I prepare my body & soul ~ settling more into the Winter Arc.[The Winter Arc” refers to a period where individuals use the coldest, darkest days of the year as a means to refocus, pre-visualize, and arrive at their desired destination.]
