Working the reflex points of the feet to help the body heal naturally has been recorded for a few thousand years already. Improvements in digestion, sleep, inflammation, and relaxation are just a few amazing things that reflexology does.

I have been a massage therapist for 11 years and love that I can also add this holistic approach to your self care regimen too.

It’s official!!!

I am a fully certified Reflexologist! 🙌🏻 My designation has been updated to my governing body and clients who have reflexology allowance in their health spending and/or insurance coverage will be able to self submit for reimbursement.

Looking forward to continuing to provide you all with even more wellness to add to your self care regimen. ✨✨

My current pricing will remain at $40 until April 11. After which the price will go up to $75 +gst. If you aren’t able to get in, feel free to pre-purchase at the current rate and have them added to your file for future use.
