Event: Farm Yoga Fundraiser

has teamed up with and to host yoga at the farm to help support mental health!
Come out and experience this beautiful, peaceful, outdoor experience with an evening of Yin Yoga followed by a sound bath / crystal bowl meditation, both guided by Kelly, owner of Kula Yoga Centre located in Forest.
Raffle tickets will be sold for a chance to win some great prizes donated by local (or nearby) businesses, so remember to bring some cash to help support the cause (e-transfer also accepted).
All proceeds will be donated to support mental health.
Snacks and beverages will also be provided by Crystal Ridge Farm, while you have a chance to check out their brand new Artisan Studio! Featuring beautiful handcrafted works for sale from talented local artisans.
Please bring your own mats, blankets and blocks if possible, there will be some extras for those who need them.
