This year, the North Lambton Community Health Centre proudly celebrates 30 years of providing accessible, community-focused health and wellness services.

As part of our anniversary celebrations, we hosted a Partnership Breakfast on November 20th at the Sarnia Riding Club to honour the incredible partners who support our programs, services, and outreach across Lambton County.

Thank you to every organization, volunteer, and community member who has walked beside us over the years. Together, we continue to build healthy people and strong communities.

We’re proud to share that the Indigenous Cancer Screening Clinic partnership with Bluewater Health has received the Outstanding Partnership Award at the 2024 Erie St. Clair Regional Summit Awards.

This recognition reflects the strength of collaboration between Aamjiwnaang First Nation, Kettle and Stony Point First Nation, Walpole Island First Nation, Sarnia-Lambton Native Friendship Centre, Lambton Elderly Outreach, North Lambton CHC, Bluewater Health, and the SL-OHT, all working together to improve access to culturally safe cancer screening services.

Thank you to our Indigenous partners, community leaders, and care teams for co-designing screening clinics that support early detection, build trust, and advance health equity across Sarnia-Lambton.
