It’s a deeply intentional practice that invites your nervous system, your mind and your entire being into profound rest.
This powerful guided meditation takes you through the Koshas (the layers of the self): the physical body, breath & energy, emotions & mind, intuition and that deep inner place of bliss and stillness.
Each layer is gently guided, softened and supported so your system can finally exhale.
During Yoga Nidra, the body drops into restorative states similar to deep rest, allowing healing, release and recalibration to naturally happen. You don’t have to do anything… you simply receive.
At The Yoga Dome, we use immersive headsets to wrap you in sound, guidance and presence, inviting you drop in even deeper.
