Very excited to share the release of the US documentary film, "It's Time". I had the honour of creating an original song "Flicker (Now is the Time)" for the end credits and some instrumentals during the film. I am so thrilled for Gail Lynn, working so tirelessly to bring this beautiful message to life with her whole crew. It's available to watch FOR FREE or with a small donation. LET'S CELEBRATE & COME TOGETHER FOR LION' GATE AUGUST 8TH! Hello everyone, Harmonic Egg Canada is offering a completely free event for this incredible energetic day of the Lion's Gate (8/8/8), hosted at our new headquarters, "The Fairview" in Ridgeway, Ontario. Come and experience light, heart opening yoga with local instructor Amanda Bouchard, and a guided meditation by me, Paige Clarke. This is an outdoor event on the grass, in the sun and shade, surrounded by lush gardens, a pond, willow trees, and a quiet atmosphere. Please bring your own yoga mat. Electrolyte drinks will be provided. Mingling and nice visiting afterward encouraged ;) Parking is on the grass, and someone will direct you to our sign in table to sign a one-page waiver for physical activity :) REGISTER WITH THE LINK! Heart So Full. Last night, an amazing group of women gathered at for a wellness practitioners networking event.

Let me first say that it was a thrill to have so much positive energy, the giggles, the support mindset, sharing, and curiosity that you all brought to the table. I almost couldn't hold it all in my heart, new capacity unlocked for sure...

Second, we live in a fruitful region, full of amazing people here standing in their purpose, in service to the higher good of all the souls we encounter. Thank you for bringing your light to the world!
