A Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) focusses on a holistic, food first approach to support overall wellness within a defined scope of practice. A Certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner (CFNP), on the other hand, takes a more investigative, root-cause approach, often looking deeper at body-system’s and underlying imbalances. The benefit? Functional nutrition can offer more personalized, in-depth support by connecting symptoms and addressing “Why” they’re happening, as well as “What” is happening. Both approaches aim to support optimal health. A CFNP can also guid and advise on Non-Diagnostic Testing - such as Hair Mineral Analysis, “Dutch” hormonal testing, Blood work, Allergy/Food Sensitivity Testing and Silvia Testing. Im here to help.
