Have you noticed how some social media content seems designed to make you react — not reflect?
Influencers, “psychology experts,” and content authorities often urge you to:
* Feel frustrated
* Compare yourself
* Question whether you are doing things “wrong”
Notice the subtlety: it’s often “may be” — maybe you are failing, maybe you’re not.
This uncertainty keeps attention hooked.
It keeps the nervous system tense.
It fragments your clarity.
You feel drawn into the problem —
not invited into presence.
Not supported in your ability to hold your own nervous system.
Why it works psychologically:
* Conflict and doubt spike engagement
* Emotional reactivity = clicks, shares, and comments
* Ambiguity keeps you returning to check yourself
But here’s the energetic truth:
When you internalize this worry or outrage:
* Your aura contracts
* Your field resonates with fear, doubt, or agitation
* Your nervous system becomes over-activated
* You enter a space of unconscious intrusion into yourself
And because your attention is fracturing, you cannot regulate your body or your relational space.
Social media is rarely neutral.
Even well-meaning “psychology content” often trains the nervous system to:
* Anticipate danger
* Judge self or others
* Fragment awareness
It does not build presence.
It does not restore coherence.
It does not support clarity.
Here is a soft place to land- soft not weak!

🧠 Dousing & Endogenous Brain Release
Dousing appears to trigger an endogenous release in the brain, similar to other known state interruptions: near‑death experiences, rebirth events, ego dissolution, and identity rupture.
