The importance of our home has been, and will continue to be, a central part of the human experience.
It is a natural human process and desire to have a place called home. A place where we feel safe and secure. A place that is stable. During the day, it supports our activity. At night, when we sleep, we can fully shut off. In the morning, we wake and prepare ourselves for the day.
The role of parenting within the home has been a major milestone in creating safety for families and children. Across generations, this has continued to build and evolve. Today, we have many types of homes. Much of this is influenced by governments and trends. These operate in cycles, building on what came before, often repackaging older ideas into new forms.
At the center of all of this is the home itself, the heart of the home, and its connection to the land.
A structure is only a house until someone moves into it and makes it a home.
As a geomancer, I walk the land to help restore the connection to the Earth. The aim is to reconnect with what can be thought of as a natural signal, something foundational, like a guiding frequency.
Scientific fields measure the relationship between the Earth and the Sun. This connection is real and measurable. What I am exploring is the connection between the Earth and the human being.
There are ideas around human resonance influenced by Earth activity, including changes linked to solar radiation. These shifts are measurable in environmental terms. My intention is to explore how this may relate to human experience.
My goal is to reconnect the home to the land and to natural cycles, as it was before the influence of modern technology. With the introduction of electricity and the increase of appliances, the internal environment of the home has become more intense and more separated from the land it sits on.
I aim to restore that connection and help reduce interference.
In my work, I demonstrate this through the placement of points, similar in concept to acupuncture.
By walking the land, you can observe and become aware of how different areas affect your body. The invitation is to explore and notice these patterns for yourself.

FROM BROKER TO STEWARD: A DIFFERENT KIND OF REAL ESTATE SUPPORT

I work alongside the real estate world in a way that is not always visible, but often deeply felt.
My background is in dowsing and geomancy. In simple terms, I look at how people, homes, and land interact, especially in environments where something feels off but is hard to explain.
It started with a family. They had just purchased a home. On paper, everything looked right. But inside the home, the kids were unsettled, not sleeping well, and overall health and mood were declining.
That experience led me deeper into studying how certain environments can influence mental, emotional, and physical states. Some refer to this as geopathic stress. Whether you see it as energetic, environmental, or sensitivity to place, the pattern shows up more often than people expect.
What I have noticed over time is this:
Homes carry conditions beyond what is listed. And people feel those conditions, even if they cannot name them.
In real estate, the focus is often on structure, price, and location. But there is another layer that affects how a home is actually lived in.
Realtors I work with have started to notice the difference when this layer is addressed.
I do not frame this as fear. I frame it as responsibility.
The same way we stage a home or repair visible damage, we can also leave a space better than we found it in less visible ways.
This is where my work fits in.
As a white label upgrade within real estate, this becomes part of stewardship:not just selling homes, but improving the environments people are stepping into.
The goal is simple:
Leave every home better than you found it.Support the people who will live there.Bring awareness to the unseen factors that shape lived experience.
This is part of the shift from broker to steward.
Not everything that matters in a home is visible. But it can still be cared for.

🌐 A Foot In Both Worlds 🌍

I’ve built my coaching practice alongside a deeply supportive partnership.

While much of the spiritual coaching space can emphasize independence or solitary paths, my journey has been rooted in balance within myself and within my marriage.

I believe in a kind of sacred union: integrating feminine and masculine energies internally, while also living that balance in a committed relationship.

After 29 years together, my work isn’t about escaping life it’s about deepening into it, with support, trust, and growth on both sides.

Clients who work with me can expect a grounded, steady presence one that values partnership, family, and real-life integration.

My approach is not about stepping outside of your world, but strengthening the foundations within it.

With a background in real estate, I see the home as the first and most important anchor for growth—a place where alignment begins and life is truly lived.

🌿✨ Clearing Your Space, Clearing Your Spirit ✨🌿
Ever walk into a room and feel the heaviness?Homes hold memories, emotions, and the energy of what has happened inside them. That “lingering presence” isn’t a monster — it’s usually a thought-form or emotional imprint… what some traditions call an egregore.
🌬️ Spiritual house clearing helps release these old patterns. Not by banishing anything supernatural — but by shifting the atmosphere, breaking emotional residue, and reclaiming your space with intention.
✨ When you cleanse your home, you’re really cleansing:• old arguments• past stress• collective fear• emotional clutter• stagnant or heavy moods
With sound, scent, prayer, dowsing, or simple intention, you reset the energy and invite peace back in.
🌟 Your home can hold a story — make sure it’s one that supports you.
💚 Clear the space.💚 Release the old.💚 Welcome the new atmosphere you deserve.

🌐I’m called the Digital Douser because I’ve developed an online protocol that can reach across the globe; in a mutual agreement community; YOU are to be my hands and feet across distance. Right now I have 3 active clients across Canada 🇨🇦
Travel is not necessary. 🧭Amazing evolution to an ancient practice by me; Digital Douser 🤩

Here’s an earlier story that is worth sharing.
Since 2008, I’ve walked the land with my rods, listening in my own way for where something feels… off. Not to prove anything—just to observe, to notice, to connect.
My husband sees the world differently. He’s a concrete engineer.Where I feel patterns, he sees chemistry, ratios, temperature, and structural behavior.
Same ground. Different lenses.
This particular experience started with a friend inviting me over—mostly out of curiosity.
Outside, I walked along the foundation. The rods slowly opened at the corner of a bump-out.Right there, a crack ran through the concrete.
My husband crouched down, already analyzing what could have caused it.I stayed with the feeling of the spot.
Inside the home, I moved through the master bedroom. The space felt still—but not fully at ease.
At one corner of the bed, the rods opened again.
The woman resting there looked at me and said,“Those rods are pointing to my right foot… that’s where I get gout.”
We all paused.
Not as a diagnosis. Not as proof.Just a moment where things seemed to line up in an unexpected way.
Later, outside, I placed a measured length of copper into the earth across that crack—like a small gesture of intention. Not a fix in the engineering sense.Just my way of acknowledging the space and inviting balance.
Two perspectives stood there that day—one grounded in measurement, the other in meaning.
Neither replacing the other.Just… coexisting.
Walking between what we can measure and what we feel—I continue to listen.

🏚️Won’t sell?🏠
Sometimes homes are sick
Realtors call me in to assess and apply my work. I was called in as a digital douser on a property that just wasn’t moving.
On paper, everything looked normal but the energy around the situation was anything but. The occupants were stressed, the home was sitting unsold, and there was a lot of emotional weight tied to the move.
One of the inhabitants mentioned she was “sick” and even used the phrase gamma poisoning. In real-world residential environments, that kind of gamma exposure is extremely unlikely. Gamma radiation exists, but it comes from very specific high-energy sources not typical homes.
What is relevant in houses like this is something far quieter: radon.
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that comes from the ground and can seep into basements and lower levels. You can’t see it, smell it, or feel it — but it is one of the most important indoor air quality factors in parts of Ontario.
Niagara is considered a higher radon-risk region in Ontario. Across Canada, roughly 1 in 5 homes may exceed the guideline depending on local geology and construction.
🏘️That matters because radon levels vary house to house even between neighbours. Basements tend to concentrate it. The only way to know for sure is proper long-term testing.
When I entered the space, I personally felt nausea — but that sensation alone is not evidence of radiation exposure. Human perception is influenced by airflow, stress, expectation, and environmental factors just as much as physical conditions.
This is where I always return to grounded assessment: instead of jumping to extreme explanations, it helps to look at measurable environmental factors like ventilation, humidity, radon testing, mold, and the emotional pressure that comes with major life transitions like selling a home.
The unseen doesn’t always mean something dramatic or dangerous in the way we imagine but it does deserve calm investigation and proper testing.
Sometimes what people feel as “energy” in a space is actually a mix of environment, psychology, and timing all overlapping at once.
Having me assess these is helpful and that’s often wh

NOT EVERYTHING IS BLACK & WHITE
Surface-level fixes have already been covered.
Furniture. Paint. Décor. That’s not my work.
I work with what’s underneath.
The hidden layer:– Energy conditions– Subsurface movement– Upward (telluric) influence through your space
What you’re feeling might not be random:
– Why you don’t sleep well– Why you can’t concentrate– Why motivation drops– Why your home feels… off
Even when everything looks right.
Most people adjust the surface.I assess the foundation.
Because your environment isn’t just seen—it’s experienced.
This is where alignment begins.

YOUR HOME ISN’T JUST WHAT YOU SEE
You’ve done everything “right”:– Clean space– Good furniture– Thoughtful layout
…but something still feels off.
Because it’s not just the surface.
There’s a hidden layer most people never consider—subtle environmental patternsmoving from the ground… up through your space.
Quietly influencing:– Sleep– Focus– Energy– Motivation
You won’t see it.But you’ll feel it.
That’s whereI work—not on the surface, but in what’s shaping it.
Your space might be shaping you more than you think.
