Good morning ☀️
Say good bye to 🐒 monkey mind.
Most mornings you’ll find me right here on the couch in my fluffy housecoat 🧥, coffee in hand ☕. In my home it’s known this is my time — time to sit with myself before the day begins.
I’m usually here with a screen in front of me, not just consuming… but taking the pulse of the world 🌎 and checking in with myself.
Ask yourself simple questions:
Where am I right now? (just the next 24 hours ⏳)
What is my next right action?
Then listen 💭. Then carry on with what comes to your consciousness.
This is the exercise to view your life and then take a higher lens 🔎
Your mind receives the signal 📡
Your body carries it out 🚶‍♀️
Your actions anchor it into the real world 🌱
It doesn’t have to be stressful. You’re not solving your whole life today — just steering your vehicle 🚗 for the next 24 hours. Tomorrow you can choose again 🔄.
And here’s the reminder…
So many of us — especially women, mothers, and caregivers ❤️ — are amazing at helping others. We give advice, we support, we guide.
But sometimes we forget to help ourselves.
So today, do the things you tell others to do. Be the example ✨
When you live it, you anchor that energy into the collective consciousness 🌍 for the good of all.
Sit with yourself.
Ask the question.
And listen 👂

🇲🇽Back in 2004 I climbed this when you were still allowed. My experience changed me deeply 💫
I didn’t know what El Castillo really was when I climbed it. That was the name the Spanish inquisitor gave- kind of a rewrite attempt.
Back in 2004, it was just a pyramid.Hot stone under my hands.A steep climb. A rope that didn’t feel like enough.
I didn’t even know then that “El Castillo” was a Spanish name—given long after the Maya had already built it.
The original place isChichén Itzá — “at the mouth of the well of the Itzá.”
A name connected to water. To depth. To something below the surface.
And something shifted up there.
The climb itself wasn’t hard…but it was exposed. Steep. One wrong step kind of steep.
At the top, my husband—camcorder in hand—casually walked along the edge.
No hesitation. No fear.
🚨Meanwhile, I was gripping the stone wall, popping my head out, barking at him to be careful, telling him to get back in.
Inside the top chamber, it was different.
Closed in. Heavy. Still but safe
There was one other woman in there with me.She looked at me and said, “You’ll be alright.”
And I snapped back—“How do you know I’ll be f***ing alright?”
That moment stayed with me.
Then came the descent.
Not graceful. Not brave.
I went down on my bum—feet searching, body low, refusing to trust the edge.
My husband stood one step below me,blocking my view.
So I focused on him.Step by step. That was the only way down.
After that, I wouldn’t go underneath the pyramid.He went. I didn’t.
And later… the bus ride back.Migraine. Drained. Done.
At the time, I didn’t think of any of it as spiritual.
I was raised Roman Catholic. That was my framework then.
Everything else—dowsing, energy work, sensitivity—came much later.
But looking back now…
I see it differently.
That structure wasn’t just built for the sun.It was built for experience.
The Maya didn’t separate:astronomyarchitectureritualhuman perception
They wove them together.
And twice a year, light becomes a serpent—Kukulcán descending from sky to earth. Not imagined. Seen.
A story told in shadow.
And my experience?
It followed its own kind of arc:
Ascent – reachingThreshold – destabilizingContainment – inwardDescent – surrender
I didn’t go there seeking anything.
But the space… still met me.
And maybe that’s the point.
These places don’t give you something. They reveal what’s already active within you.
What felt like fear then…might have been the beginning of awareness.
And now, years later—I understand why it stayed with me.
Not because of what I saw…
…but because of what I felt.
🙏Oh and my sincere apologies to that lady who I was sharp and unappreciative.

🥰Happy Equinox⚖️

⚖️Today is the Equinox
Night and Day of equal balance here in the northern hemisphere.
🌎The exact alignment of divine design
We are leaving the time of dark into the growing light from our sun while our moon is dark 🌚
In the dark where we place our seed of intention.
⚖️There is a balance in almost everything that needs our attention. Too much is too much, know what I mean?
Too much quiet- too loud
Too much following -not enough leading.
🗣️In the outer world, there is a lot of voices that are loud.
💬 One of my main messages is that truth doesn’t have to yell.
🌐In my world; as a geomancer I aim to balance earth energies to return under our feet like it was meant to.👣
This is important because humans are isolating themselves from the ebb and flow of earth energy. Get out barefoot and connect!
😘 In this video I’m preparing a plan to improve sleep. You can see the grin on my face as this work after s 17 years of this, this work in the invisible that shows up visible is still so amazing.
For heaven’s sake don’t be afraid of the dark!
🌱A seed isn’t
A tiny mustard seed at that.
🧭Let this time in between be a proper navigation plans into the longer daylight.
Connect to source 🌎
Connect to me. I’m here to help if you ask 💞

💠 with me while we walk virtually along the site of clients bed.
I know it’s weird 🤷
But it proves it works and allows my onsite work to be very productive 💠

Let that Sh*te Go‼️ 1️⃣ small decision at a time 👏
🤡The “Clown Show“ in our awareness is pulling you away from your creativity.
🤡 Ronald Mc Donald was one of those breaks in our judgment. It’s not our fault.

Targeted as kids to go against our instincts. It’s not too late ⏰
The Smile That Pulls… and the Shoes That Lead ‼️But to where? His blood-red lips are more than paint—they are a sigil of craving and addiction, pulling eyes, attention, and desire like a magnet. Fear and fascination collide in a single grin—the perfect emotional tug-of-war.
Beneath the glowing golden arches, a pair of red shoes waits. Talismans of temptation, they guide every step deeper into indulgence, habit, and subconscious attachment. What seems playful is a ritual of influence, conditioning minds and turning familiarity into craving.
The question isn’t just “who loves fast food?”—it’s “who is stepping into the spell, consciously or not?”

🚨Reflection / Call to Action to be Consciously choosing!Step back. Recognize the pull. Then reclaim the ritual: make the HOME sacred. Prepare meals at home together, share laughter, stories, and connection without the manipulation of color, shape, and archetype.
We are in this together ❣️❣️❣️

🌐Remote dowsing + geomancy work
Not all work needs to be done on-site. Through focused asking + mapping, I tune into the land respectfully and intentionally.
First layer: Geopathic stressI begin by asking:– Is there underground water?– Are there fault or fold lines?– Is there past or present mining influence?
Before any work:✔ Permission from the landowner✔ Respect for boundaries (never work on land that isn’t offered)
Enhancements are always set with the intention of positive flow—supporting not just the home, but often neighboring spaces as well.
Second layer: Grid workWorking with both:– Hartmann grid (tighter, rectangular pattern)– Curry grid (diagonal, wider spacing)
Understanding their difference helps determine scale and influence.
A micro but powerful application:✨ Bed or desk alignment
These are key spaces that should fully support the person.
Process:I ask: “Are there geopathic stress lines affecting this space?”
If yes:– I map the bed/desk onto grid paper– Hold rods (left hand) while tracing movement around the space– Ask for the center line (often ~1 cubit wide)– Let rods indicate direction and flow
When a rod folds back along the other, it reveals the incoming line direction.
From there:📍 Copper cures are placed (like acupuncture points), often along the home’s outer foundation.
Each line is addressed, then expanded outward:– Supporting the full land parcel– Encouraging natural flow from underground water systems
When I arrive on-site later, the work is already mapped—allowing for efficient, precise placement.
Final intention:The land remembers. It knows how to return to harmony—🌎supporting both itself and those who live on it🌏

🤩 Something interesting happens in the brain when we witness something extraordinary. 🧠⚡

Purple lightning responding to music.Plasma reaching through the air.Someone locating water with simple rods.
When the mind sees something it doesn’t expect, it shifts into curiosity mode.
💫 Neuroscience shows that moments of awe activate parts of the brain responsible for learning, imagination, and exploration. The brain literally becomes more open to asking questions and searching for understanding.

💫 Wonder is not confusion.

Wonder is the beginning of discovery.
The moment we see something that challenges what we thought we knew… the mind wakes up and wants to know more.

Stay curious. The next discovery always begins with someone asking “why?” ✨
