Members of the PCN Family Health Group should book their Health Check-Up the next time they are in the Clinic.
Purpose of your Health Exam
* As primary prevention.
* To help you identify risk factors for common chronic diseases.
* To detect disease that has no apparent symptoms (secondary prevention).
* As a way for the doctor to counsel you to promote healthy behavior.
* To update your clinical data since your last checkup.
