As Niagara moves into the Red zone -YAY- I am overjoyed to say I can now open my doors back up! I will be setting things in place and re-opening with the same precautions as before. Reflexology for the Sole will be opening for business on Monday, March 8, 2021.

For the time being, until Niagara moves into a “safer” zone I will be postponing the resumption of my 30 minute Head Massage service. There are not enough precautions I could take to safely resume this service for myself and for you, the client, at this time. I apologize and I will re-assess at a later date regarding this service.

If you are feeling unwell before your appointment, please contact me but do not come in!

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms please reschedule your appointment.

Fever or chills
Unusual headache
Aches and/or pains not related to everyday life
Nausea or diarrhea
Loss taste or smell
Cough that won’t go away
If you’ve been traveling 2 weeks prior to appointment


Pre-screening will be done 24 hours prior to appointment. Upon arrival please let me know, temperature will be taken prior to entering office.

When entering please sanitize your hands with sanitizer provided.

On top of regular cleaning procedures the office will be sanitized after each treatment with special attention brought to high traffic touch points.

I will be wearing a mask when social distancing is not possible. Masks are not required but will be available to purchase for an additional $2 if you should choose to wear one and forget yours.

Waiting area will not be available. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment.

Water will not be provided, please bring your own if needed.

Cash, cheque and e-transfer will be accepted. E-transfers payments are to be received no later than 24 hours after appointment. If this is not possible, please let me know.

PLEASE refrain from wearing gloves from outside

Unfortunately due to the current grey zone/ lockdown Reflexology for the Sole is required to shut down as well. I pray that things will get better and I’ll be able to open my doors again to all of you. Until then, please be safe and I look forward to seeing your smiling faces very soon.

To my valued clientele,

This Covid19 closure has taken much longer than I thought, but I have finally received approval from the Ontario College of Reflexologists (OCR) to open and proceed with caution. Since it will look different than before I will be working on getting things “ready” to open in the next few weeks. Although my schedule will initially be very limited I have hopes that, if all goes well, I can offer more availability over time. I appreciate your understanding as things are upgraded for safety. I want all my clientele to feel comfortable and safe so they can enjoy their appointment.

I thank you all for your patience and I will let you know when everything is in place. I have missed all of you and look forward to welcoming you back!

To all of my valued clients,

I am going to keep this message to the point , so here goes....

Being a non-essential service, and mandated to close by the government, I have made the extremely difficult and sad decision to clear my schedule for the time being. At this time things are unknown as to when I will be allowed to resume scheduling. So, until further notice, ALL scheduled appointments have been cancelled.

I guarantee when I am allowed to open my doors again - which I pray will be sooner rather than later- I will reach out to organize future appointments.

I would like to remind you - I am missing all of you. Doing reflexology and seeing how it helps my clientele is so rewarding for me. I can honestly say that I LOVE MY JOB, which makes this much harder for me.

Please take care of yourselves...stay safe....stay healthy and I’ll see you when we are on the other side of this virus.

During this unknown time I will be taking myself out of the mix for a bit. Let’s focus on our health and get this thing beat. Social awareness and social distancing is the plan for the next couple weeks ahead. I will resume my usual business hours starting in April. I hope this finds everyone well and I look forward to seeing my clientele in a few weeks. Take precautions, wash your hands and be safe. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
