I am still here --- Not retiring quite yet.
Let me first thank everyone for their kind words and well wishes. I have been overwhelmed, humbled and at times became emotional by the number of people that have shared with me how much our interactions have meant.
While the business aspect of both funeral homes will be attended to by Service Corporation International (SCI), I am remaining on, managing the locations and working alongside our exceptional staff to continue the personal and compassionate service the community expects from us.
Retirement is something that will eventually become a reality, but for now and the foreseeable future I am committed to helping our staff and SCI through the transition and will be available and continue to be honoured to help you celebrate lives lived.
