Join us for Restoring the Ground, a 7-day silent insight meditation retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to a more grounded way of being.
In a world of ongoing demand and stimulation, this retreat offers a unique opportunity to pause the momentum and listen deeply. Through embodied mindfulness practices, we begin to recognize patterns of depletion and reactivity—both within ourselves and in the culture around us—and gently allow the nervous system to settle.
As the body and mind begin to rest, a natural sense of ease and stability can emerge—supporting a clearer, more responsive presence in daily life.
