Thanks to the amazing women who joined our New Year's Reset retreat last weekend.

Wow. When you get one of us in a quiet space where she can really focus her brain.... the power is mind blowing. These women rocked!

The amazing energy of kirtan (Journey 2 Balance ) super boosted our results. It was truly one of the most impactful experiences I've ever had with call & response chanting (and I've been around for awhile!).
