Tshikeksa': EarlyOn FENFC Closure

Our location will unfortunately be closed tomorrow Thursday February 26th to March 6th. We will reopen on Monday March 9th at 8:30am - 12:00pm & 1:00pm - 3:30pm

What a wonderful day of playing, learning, and connecting in EarlyOn.

Yesterday we explored musical instruments, played in the kitchen centre, and made felt crowns.

Today we checked out some new toys, and got to open up some geodes! Thank you for visiting 😁

A beautiful day of learning yesterday in EarlyOn and with Head Start. We had "Our connection to Music." Mr Mark showed us instruments from all around the world, we got the opportunity to explore these special instruments. Miss Kristi sang songs with us and Mohawk and taught us how to say the word rattle on the in language, and taught us a new song about taking care of our instruments!

A friendly reminder, EarlyOn is closed due to family day and tomorrow for staff development.

EarlyOn will reopen Wednesday February 18th for drop-in Play, Learn & Connect at 8:30

What a beautiful evening in EarlyON, we learned and danced Haudenosaunee social songs. A huge nia:wen to miss Jill who is our Healing and Wellness coordinator here at the FENFC. She had us singing, dancing, and laughing. She also shared beautiful teachings about our songs and water drum. Another huge thank you to Miss Kristi from Aborginal Headstart for partnering together.

Nia:wen to Kristi, Jill, and Tim for providing a delicious meal for us to enjoy that was made with so much love and care!
