What’s all the buzz about raw honey?

Raw honey is a nutrient-rich, unpasteurized sweetener containing antioxidants, enzymes, and antibacterial properties that offer significant health benefits. Haven Honey is made from bees in and around Fort Macleod, Alberta. Their honey is creamed at the time of harvest, in its liquid golden phase, therefore eliminating the need for heat in the process. This preserves the honey’s incredible micronutrients, enzymes and local pollen.

Haven Honey is a small operation where the best care is taken by their Beekeeper Tyson to ensure their bees are well-loved and cared for.

Chamomile is often used for relaxation, but there is so much more to it than that.

Skullcap is a fascinating herb that is less well known but is adored by herbalists. Stop by and find out why.

The herbs in this tea blend are specifically chosen to awaken the senses and stimulate flow. These adorable felted daisies are made by Theresa at Chickadee Creations. They are also car vent diffusers!

Add a few drops of essential oil to the daisy. They have clips on the back that can attach to your car vent. The air moves through the daisy and fills your car with your chosen aroma.
