I would like to share an update about Smile Cookie due to the recent announcement regarding the Canadian federal holiday to mourn Queen Elizabeth on September 19. The Smile Cookie program will continue with its planned dates of September 19-25. We’re expecting a majority of the media on Monday to be centered around Queen Elizabeth’s funeral, so we will be rescheduling all media kick offs and product drop offs to Tuesday to ensure that Smile Cookie gets the coverage it deserves and isn’t competing with funeral coverage. You should also anticipate that bulk orders of Smile Cookies may be impacted on Monday because some guests will be taking the day off.
