Self-Love is the ultimate healing modality. When I can facilitate a direct experience of self-love for a client or patient, I find that the prognosis is very good that they will experience profound healing in their life. Sometimes the road to self-love is difficult, AND it is always simple.

Your diet is not your problem. You are your problem. Your thinking that you can figure this all out has caused you the pain and suffering you experience on a daily basis.

This is the core lesson of each and every spiritual path - the realization that left to your own devices, you will continue to sabotage and ruin your life, and the surrendering to something greater than yourself.

It is more important to spend time creating a state of health, than it is planning the actions that produce health

Many of us spend a tremendous amount of energy thinking about all the things we "should" do, which ends up simply burning us out. Its called "analysis paralysis" - - - the cure to this is to cultivate an internal state of kindness and compassion for oneself, a place where the only natural thing to do is that which will produce health - from this internal state, it is impossible not to take healthy action.
