Slow Cooker Beef Stew was the perfect meal for a good old Saskie snow storm last night and it's a family favourite.

Started it in the morning and it was ready when John & Catherine pulled off the highway from softball practice and Catherine was full and warmed up heading to the rink for figure skating practice!

Don't skip browning your beef, it only takes 3 minutes more and really, nobody wants to eat 'grey' meat 😆
