Thank you to all of our Wednesday clients❤️.
I appreciate every single one of you as we welcome Jayne into our little clinic.
Trust me, she is a fantastic human being and passionate about coaching!
She will be with me for the next two Wednesdays and then she is taking over for Paula‘s Wednesday shift.

It took me a few months to find the perfect fit and I want to thank Paula from the bottom of my heart for stepping in🥰 even though her life was super busy!
She will still be around, as I can’t let go over quite yet lol

Exciting news❤️.
I’ve found another beautiful addition to our clinic.
Jayne will be shadowing Paula this Wednesday as she starts her journey as an ideal protein coach🤗
She has tons of experience in the fitness and coaching industry and I will post her bio soon 🙂

You will be meeting her over the next few weeks as well as at our open house November 19th, 3-6 pm

Halloween is almost upon us!!

Stock up on a few Ideal Protein "treats" to help keep your goals on track.
1. Do not buy Halloween candy that is your favorite
2. Do not starve yourself in preparation for a candy overload
3.Prep, prep, prep...
4.Stay extra hydrated to manage cravings.
5.Mindset is everything, Halloween is just another day. Don't "ghost" your goals for that sugar high.
6. If you do have something, that's ok!, eat your dinner etc. like normal and carry on.

Learning what your triggers are and preparing for them will help you next time a social craving happens.

Small things can have a big impact on our goals so fill up on unlimited veggies and have an extra IP if you need to:)

A little bit about the clinic

Ideal Images Weightloss Clinic is the only clinic in Fort St John, BC offering the Ideal Protein protocol.

I was first introduced to Ideal protein about 4 and a half years ago. I was so amazed at how good I felt and the amount of energy. It truly was the only “diet” I had ever done that I actually lost weight and inches without feeling hungry or that I was missing out on anything. When the opportunity came to add it to my existing laser business I knew it was the right fit:)

We opened the new clinic after renovations August 1, 2018 and it has been such a positive experience and I am excited to continue to grow both businesses and see clients succeed and change their lives with Ideal Protein.
