Line Locating Assistants needed!

Peace Valley Line Locating is currently hiring Line Locating Assistants in Fort St. John, BC.

We value our people as the cornerstone of our success! We are looking for highly motivated team players to join our experienced staff.

We offer competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, growth oppourtunities, overtime pay and extensive training.

Qualifications:
Must pass a pre-employment, pre-access and post-incident drug testing.
Excellent physical fitness is required.
Enjoy working outdoors in all seasons.
Possess current safety tickets: CSO, H2S, First Aid.
Hold a valid driver's license.
Experience operating ATVs, UTV's and Snowmobiles is considered an asset.
Must be motivated and willing to learn. We are seeking individuals who are driven and eager to grow within our company. The position offers a pathway to advance from Line Locator Assistant to Line Locating Technician through training and skill development.
Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to undergo training and develop the necessary skills to advance .

Responsibilities
Assist Line Locating Technicians in completing locates as directed
Aid in maintaining vehicles and equipment to ensure operational readiness
Utilize hand tools effectively and safely in accordance with job requirements
Actively participate in the company's safety program, adhering to all safety policies and procedures
Perform shop duties as required to support operational needs
