What is Realignment Yoga?

Realignment (as I teach it) combines the mindfulness of yoga with principles of natural movement & postural alignment to help improve posture, reduce pain & limitations, & support balanced, functional body mechanics.

The emphasis is on gentle movement, increased flexibility, and mindful awareness of how your body moves so you can restore balance and feel better in everyday life.

We use a chair, yoga blocks & straps, resistance bands & light weights in class.

You can join me & practice 4 times a week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:15am MST & Thursdays at 7pm MST.

Hatha Strength blends the mindfulness of traditional Hatha yoga with intentional strength-building & alignment work.

Through purposeful movement it builds functional strength, supports posture, improves balance, & promotes active aging, helping you stay strong, mobile, & confident in your body for years to come.

We use a variety of hand weights, resistance bands & yoga blocks each class.
