In this short video I explore the core breath in a different orientation to gravity.

Sometimes we will have the habit of bracing the abdominal wall in an effort to “protect” our backs. We can learn to let go of this tension & let the back muscles do their own stabilizing.

The core breath incorporates the whole core canister, diaphragm, abdominal wall, back & pelvic floor.

Practicing the core breath can be helpful for relaxation & it is the foundation of pelvic floor function & strength.
