Chair Yoga is a thoughtful, accessible practice designed to support mobility, strength, balance, and relaxation using the support of a chair. This class offers mindful movement, gentle stretches, and breath work that honour the body exactly as it is.
Each pose offers supportive options, allowing you to gently build strength and mobility in a way that feels supportive and sustainable for your body.
Join me Fridays at 5:30pm at In Bloom Wellness Studio for a grounded practice that encourages confidence, comfort, and connection, without needing to get down on the floor.
