✨Warm Yin, Meditation and Sound Bath ✨

Saturday, May 23
6 – 7:30pm

Spend a calm evening in this immersive experience, bathed in deep resonant sounds from crystal singing bowls.

Janelle will guide a calming meditation and yin yoga session to help you relax, followed by a restorative savasana sound bath.

Students are encouraged to bring props, such as blocks and bolsters, to add additional comfort in this experience. Students often bring notebooks to journal before and after their experience.
